Uma Nua House is both a guest house and a dedicated venue for retreats and seminars.
It represents a new kind of intimate destination, combining the warmth of a Southern French home with the tranquillity of an authentic village, untouched by mass tourism.
Every stay is thoughtfully designed to encourage reconnection—with yourself and with others.
The house welcomes up to 14 guests across five suites and beautifully appointed guest rooms.

For leisure stays and romantic getaways, the minimum stay is two nights. For retreats and seminars, we recommend a minimum of 2.5 days to enjoy the full experience.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
After that, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Specific cancellation terms apply to retreats and seminars and will be detailed in your quotation.
Yes, breakfast is included with your stay and is served every morning from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.
Depending on the weather and the number of guests, breakfast is served in the kitchen, the courtyard, on the terrace, or in the dining room.

Uma Nua House welcomes wellness retreats, yoga and meditation retreats, creative residencies, as well as corporate seminars, team-building events, and professional workshops.
We collaborate with experienced facilitators or can co-create a bespoke programme with your team.
Yes, Uma Nua House can be booked exclusively for private groups.

Please note that your hosts remain on site throughout your stay and are available whenever needed.
Uma Nua House features a spacious meeting room fully equipped for up to 14 participants, with tables, chairs, a 100-inch screen, and writeable walls.
All shared spaces are also available for your use, including the lounge, the ground-floor lobby, the courtyard, the kitchen, and more.
Absolutely! Uma Nua House is, above all, a place that you can make your own with your own facilitators and team.
We can also recommend trusted partner facilitators to suit the theme and goals of your retreat or event.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, with full coverage provided by five Wi-Fi access points.
Your login details will be provided on arrival, and QR codes are available in every room for quick and easy connection.
For digital detox retreats, we can also offer stays without internet access upon request.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.
Unfortunately, as Uma Nua House is a former school, it features several staircases and is not fully accessible for wheelchair users.
However, we do have a spacious ground-floor room that may be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please contact us before booking so that we can discuss your specific needs and determine whether the accommodation will be suitable.
Uma Nua House is easily accessible by car, with free public parking just a short walk from the property.
It is also conveniently reached by high-speed train via Avignon's two railway stations: Avignon Centre Station is a 22-minute drive, while Avignon TGV Station is just 30 minutes away by car.
A detailed access guide will be sent to you before your arrival.
Check-in is from 5:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.
If you would like an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please let us know—we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
