Seminar & executive retreats – FAQ
A 3-day, 2-night corporate retreat at Uma Nua, in Provence Occitane, starts at €6,600 excluding VAT for 10 guests, with half-board catering by our private chef. This includes exclusive use of the house, accommodation, breakfasts, two chef-prepared dinners with wine and drinks, and access to our fully equipped collaborative workspace. Lunches, refreshments, activities and facilitators are available as optional extras.
The Atelier is our dedicated workspace for meetings and co-creation, designed to accommodate up to 14 people. It can be arranged to suit your needs: in a plenary setup for presentations and group sessions, or as a collaborative workshop space for working in smaller groups.
At the heart of the house, our fully equipped collaborative workspace hosts your working sessions, featuring a 100-inch screen with wireless or wired connectivity, a high-end Bang & Olufsen sound system for presentations, a 360° camera for group video conferences, writable walls and whiteboards, and fibre-optic Wi-Fi throughout the house (with 5 high-speed repeaters).
All shared spaces can also be used for smaller group sessions: the lounge, kitchen, dining room, courtyard and terrace.
Each morning, a generous breakfast featuring products from the village and local producers. Each evening, a dinner freshly prepared on-site by our chef, accompanied by regional wines. Lunches and gourmet breaks can be added to create a full-board package, depending on the pace of your seminar.
Uma Nua welcomes groups of 8 to 14 people. The house features 2 family suites, each with 2 separate sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms, as well as 3 individual bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Several sleeping arrangements are possible, with up to 7 king-size beds or 14 single beds, and a total of 7 bathrooms.
Absolutely. During your retreat, the entire house is dedicated to your team. No other groups, no parallel events: the workspaces and shared living areas are exclusively yours.
Confidentiality is central to the way we operate and to our professional commitment. Your hosts stay in a private wing of the house, available whenever needed while remaining discreet and respecting the privacy of your discussions.
Avignon TGV station is less than 30 minutes away by car. It can be reached by high-speed train in 2 hours 45 minutes from Paris, 1 hour from Lyon and approximately 35 minutes from Marseille. We can arrange taxi transfers from the station to the house. A detailed travel guide will be sent to you before your arrival.
Uma Nua is located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, in the Gard region of southern France, in the heart of Occitan Provence, between Avignon and Uzès. The house is approximately 30 minutes from Avignon (25 minutes from Avignon TGV station), and 25 minutes from Uzès and the Pont du Gard. Nestled at the foot of the garrigue, it offers hiking trails right from the doorstep.
Arrival on the first day at 9:30 AM, with welcome refreshments, followed by working sessions. The second day combines indoor meetings with informal activities, such as a walk through the garrigue, a wine-tasting workshop or a kayaking trip beneath the Pont du Gard. Departure on the third day at around 4:00 PM. Each programme is designed with you, according to your objectives and your team's preferred pace.
Of course. Uma Nua is a space you can make your own, bringing your own team of facilitators. Your facilitators can also stay on-site with the group. We can also recommend trusted, certified facilitators and coaches, depending on the theme of your seminar.
Guided hikes through the garrigue with picnic baskets, wine tastings with local producers, cooking workshops with Provençal chefs, yoga sessions, on-site massages, treasure hunts, or creative workshops. These activities are available as optional extras and must be booked in advance through our local partners.
A 30% deposit confirms your booking, followed by a further 45% payment one month before the seminar, with the remaining balance due within one month after the event. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 4 months before the seminar, 80% refundable between 4 and 2 months before, and non-refundable less than 2 months before the event.
Uma Nua hosts wellness, yoga, meditation and creative retreats, as well as corporate seminars, team-building days and professional workshops.
We work with experienced facilitators and can also co-create a tailored programme with your team.
Yes. Throughout your stay, Uma Nua is exclusively dedicated to your group, with no other guests or overlapping events. You have full use of the workspaces and shared living areas, in a setting that combines professional facilities, warmth and complete discretion.
Your hosts stay in a private wing of the house, discreetly taking care of your welcome and the organisation of your stay.
